Alpax is a mergers and acquisitions company created in 2003, after ING Bank closed its banking operations in Latin America. Despite its closure, the mergers and acquisitions group saw the potential in Latin America which persuaded in the decision to continue with its operations by transferring its headquarters to Miami and opening offices in Asunción and Quito.
Over time, Alpax has expanded to other regions such as Buenos Aires (Argentina) and Bogotá (Colombia) to continues utilizing its senior experience in banking to close transactions in Mergers and Acquisitions.
With more than 25 experienced professionals in the region, our team will produce a high quality job and experience to the client and their success by sticking together throughout the entire process.
With its main offices and partners based in Miami, Quito, and Asunción, Alpax offices span to 5 different countries with over 25 team members.
