WELCOME TO THE DANGER ZONE
I've never thought I'd have much skill in coding, but classes like this one have made me more confident in my ability. My art up until college has been entirely self taught, so working in a classroom environment is fast paced and interesting. I've always been interested in 2D character creation and digital illustration. Coding bridges those means of creative expression with the element of interactivity to inspire the viewer, and I can only hope that one day my art will inspire someone the way my favorite artists have inspired me.
One day I hope to work in character design with a game studio, or use a mix of visual and written storytelling to make a positive impact. Or maybe, somehow, my work even in this course could have a positive impact on someone reading this right now.
