     The founder and Chief Executive Officer of this business is Dr. Samuel Ponce, who has a Doctorate in Strategical Leadership, a Master’s degree in Public Administration, and Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice. With over 30 years of public service in law enforcement and ministry, Dr. Samuel Ponce has dedicated his life to serving God and serving people. He retired from the New York City Police Department, earned his doctorate in strategic leadership, and has over twenty years of leadership experience as a coach, consultant, trainer, police officer, sergeant, lieutenant, associate director, author, administrator and teacher. He has also been married for over 20 years and is a father of two girls.
