Val is another server at Oak and Ola. She started off as a Server Assistant, like <span class="navinc" title="tom">Tom,</span> but has moved her way up. She also teaches <span class="navinc" title="mike">Mike</span> some Spanish every shift. She also pools her section with <span class="navinc" title="sarah">Sarah.</span> Her favorite food at Oak and Ola is the Gnocci.
