Mo is the Kitchen Manager at Oak and Ola and is also Head Expo. Mo oversees <span class="navinc" title="mike">Mike</span> while they work the line on hot and cold expo. His favorite dish at Oak and Ola is the 8oz Onglet, or Hanger Steak. Cooked medium rare, of course.
