Darlene is the super cool aunt of Mikaela and little Sage. Since she was a young adult she has been working through the ranks of Macy's department store. She is now New York's EVP Regional Director of Stores. She is the mother of two great children, Ali and Nathen. David and Nick are her brothers one of which is deceased from cancer. She is the oldest of the Arnold siblings. Her husband is Bill.
